Our first-ever symposium, dedicated to students and early-career researchers in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology across Bangladesh. Over two days at the Bangladesh Reference Institute for Chemical Measurements, we brought together keynote talks, hands-on workshops, a bioinformatics olympiad, oral presentations, flash talks, and posters — all with no language barrier.

It was our first time gathering this many young Bangladeshi bioinformaticians under one roof, and it set the direction for everything RSG Bangladesh has run since.
